Born from the Streets, Inspired by Culture

Contagious Culture started in Boston in 2019, born from a genuine love for city life and the energy that shapes it. The idea grew out of a lyric from Nipsey Hussle's 'Blue Laces 2' - 'our culture is contagious.' That message stuck and flipped into what became Contagious Culture: a reminder that what we wear is bigger than style - it's community, resilience, and voice.
Launched from the ground up and led by Moncel Bolt, the brand sets out to capture the real streets where class and raw inspiration meet. Each design pulls from Boston's vibrant neighborhoods, reflecting the highs and struggles that make urban culture the salt of the earth. This is more than a clothing brand; it's a movement to push culture forward with purpose, detail, and pride in every thread. Expressive t-shirts, hoodies, and caps become wearable art - storytelling pieces designed to set people apart while inviting them in.
Contagious Culture continues to challenge and inspire, always driven to create space for individuality and authentic expression. Join in, wear it, and let the culture speak for itself.
The Mind Behind

Moncel Bolt
Founder Visionary
Moncel Bolt stands at the heart of Contagious Culture as both founder and creative force. From the start, Moncel drew from Boston's city pulse and the influence of hip-hop icons to create a brand that celebrates urban roots. Building Contagious Culture from zero, he poured his energy into every step - keeping the vibe genuine and the story real. His approach is always from the street level, focusing on details that bring out the voice and boldness of every wearer. Moncel's vision is to give people more than apparel; he wants his designs to be a symbol of individuality, empowerment, and pride in cultural heritage. By fusing comfort, meaning, and refined edge, he aims to connect communities and invite people everywhere to own their narrative. With Contagious Culture, Moncel pushes forward, leading a movement that begins in Boston but speaks to anyone who values authenticity and wants to make a statement - through both the clothes they choose and the life they lead.
